WAGMAP is built as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using this Service, only a unique device ID is required to authenticate your device into the Service. An encrypted session key is stored in your device. No other information will be requested other than the ones you provide voluntarily while using the Service.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use this Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Acquired Geo Location Data
This app may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. The app will explicitly request permission to use it. The sharing (or wagging) of your location (as an anonymous user) will be shared to other anonymous users who choose to share theirs within a specific Event. We will not share your location with other users outside of the Event or partners outside of the Service.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the app located in your mobile phone settings. You will not be able to use some features in the app when the location services are off.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain the forementioned data only up to the lifetime of the Event. The Service cleans up past events and all locations (wags) shared by anonymous users. This cleanup is periodically performed every hour. Any information created to maintain session data is excluded from this cleanup, and will be retained until it is no longer needed.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
